#1 - You will receive an order confirmation via email a few minutes after you place your order, if not please check your Junk and Spam folders
#2 - We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order shipped (within one or two business days)
#3 - Please check your spam or junk folder for emails from diktatorgrinder.com
#4 - If you checked out as a guest you will not be able to login into your "My Account" page to "Track My Order" order
#5 - If you create an account after you placed an order we can link your orders to your account
#6 - To do so create an account and then send us an email to link your orders to your account.

This is normal: UPS tracking numbers will only work after the package has been scanned by a UPS employee.
#1 - This is if his handheld scanner can connect to the online UPS database, if not you will only be able to track your order after the scanner has been synched at the UPS warehouse. 
#2 - Keep in mind if you receive a UPS tracking number after the pickup cut-off time (UPS picks up from our warehouse once a day) you won’t be able to track your order until it has been picked up and scanned by the UPS driver the following business day.
#3 - This is different compared to FedEx and USPS orders that can be tracked within a few hours even if the driver hasn't picked them up yet.
