DIKTATOR GRINDERS AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY

This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between Diktator Grinders (“Company”) and participants (“Affiliates”) in the Diktator Grinders Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, Affiliates agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Diktator Grinders Affiliate Program enables Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Company products through unique Affiliate Links. Affiliates receive a percentage of qualifying sales referred through their links.

2. Enrollment

  • Affiliates must apply through the designated platform and provide accurate and complete information.
  • The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote Diktator Grinders products ethically and professionally.
  • Use only Diktator Grinders-provided or pre-approved marketing materials.
  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all promotions, in compliance with FTC guidelines and any applicable laws.
  • Maintain a positive brand image for Diktator Grinders.

4. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a negotiated percentage of net sales from purchases made through their Affiliate Links.
  • Qualifying Sales: Sales must be tracked through the Affiliate Link and must not include returns, chargebacks, or refunded transactions.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, once the Affiliate’s earnings reach a minimum threshold of $100.

5. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates must not engage in the following:
    • Misleading or deceptive advertising.
    • Use of unauthorized promotional tactics, including spam or pop-ups.
    • Competing with Diktator Grinders by bidding on branded keywords in online ads (e.g., “Diktator Grinders”).
  • Affiliates must respect copyright and trademark laws when using the Company’s intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property Usage

  • Affiliates may use the Diktator Grinder logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the promotion of Diktator Grinder products.
  • Misuse of intellectual property is grounds for removal from the program.

7. Termination and Removal

  • The Company reserves the right to remove Affiliates from the program at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Violation of this Policy.
    • Failure to generate qualifying sales within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Affiliates may opt out of the program at any time by notifying the Diktator Grinders.

8. Confidentiality

All information related to the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to commission structures, marketing materials, and program updates, is confidential. Affiliates must not disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Tax and Legal Compliance

  • Affiliates are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal tax laws.
  • Diktator Grinders will provide necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes if required.

10. Modifications to the Policy

  • Diktator Grinders reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the Affiliate platform.
