Overview

These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern all sweepstakes promotions (each, a “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Diktator Grinders (“Diktator”). The details for each Sweepstakes will be announced and posted on Diktator’s Instagram page (www.instagram.com/diktatorgrinders/), Diktator's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/diktatorgrinders/) and/or Diktator’s website (www.diktatorgrinder.com) (each, a “Sweepstakes Notice”). By entering a Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

Entrants must be legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. Employees of Diktator Grinders, or any entity involved in the production or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period

Each Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the respective Sweepstakes Notice (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Diktator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for each Sweepstakes. Winners will be selected through random drawings (as described below) from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter

Enter by following the requirements outlined in the applicable Sweepstakes Notice. A completed and valid entry (“Entry”) is required to qualify.

  • Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • Duplicate Entries for a single individual will be disqualified.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Entries must be posted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Diktator Grinders is not responsible for lost, failed, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or electronic malfunctions. Entries containing false or fraudulent information or failing to comply with these Rules will be disqualified.

By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and the terms of Diktator Grinders’ privacy policy.

Entry Restrictions

Entries must not:

  • Violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
  • Contain defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content.
  • Depict threats, harm to animals, or otherwise violate Diktator’s discretion on what is acceptable.
  • Contain elements not created by the entrant or in the public domain.

If an Entry features another person, the entrant must have permission from that person or be the parent/legal guardian of a minor depicted.

Prizes

The Sweepstakes Notice will detail the number of winners and the prize(s) to be awarded. The actual or estimated value may differ at the time of prize distribution.

  • Prizes do not include free shipping. If a recipient wins a gift card or discount code, it must be applied to an order that includes applicable shipping fees.
  • No substitute, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is allowed. Diktator Grinders reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Drawing and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected after the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible Entries received.

  • The results of all drawings and decisions by Diktator Grinders are final and binding.
  • Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) days of the drawing.
  • If a winner does not respond within 10 days, is found to be ineligible, or cannot comply with these Rules, an alternate winner may be selected via a second chance drawing.

General Conditions

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, service charges, or fees related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each winner may be required to complete:

  • An Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 10 days of notification.
  • A Form 1099 for tax reporting if necessary.

By entering, winners grant Diktator Grinders permission to use their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The Oregon courts (state and federal) will have sole jurisdiction over Sweepstakes disputes, and Oregon law will govern the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive any jurisdictional objections and submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tampering, technical issues) prevent the Sweepstakes from running as planned, Diktator Grinders reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes without liability.

Disclaimers

All entrants agree that Diktator Grinders and its affiliates:

  • Are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participation or prize use.
  • Are not responsible for technical failures, incorrect entry information, or corrupted/misdirected Entries.
  • Are not liable for any damage to a participant’s computer system related to Sweepstakes participation.

Diktator Grinders reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud or technical corruption.

Social Media Disclosures

The Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release Diktator Grinders and Instagram from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to Diktator Grinders, not to Instagram or Facebook.
